A few years ago, I was asked "What's one piece of advice you would give to young designers" and my answer has since become a somewhat well-known quote within the design community. Over the course of my career I've tried to pay attention to the work that I do when I'm putting off other work and I even coined a term to describe it—"procrastiworking". I was hesitant to create a poster of my own quote (seemed a little naval gazey) but my words really seemed to resonate with folks. I created the artwork while working on my book In Progress as a case study, then worked with Studio on Fire to bring it to life as a physical piece of art. The posters are 18x24 and are two color letterpress and gold foil.
